About the Author

After earning her B.A. in Communication and a Master’s in Education from UCSD, Joy spent time as a Creative Arts Director, promoting and developing music and arts ministries.

Eventually, she chose to channel her energy into raising her two boys. Around the same time, she discovered a passion for photography and started a photography business. She also teaches music to preschoolers and leads a children’s choir once a week.

Joy is based in Mission Viejo, California.
